The Isle of Wight is the largest island in England, measuring 384km squared. It has a total population of around 140,000 people, and is located 5-8km off the south coast of Hampshire.

The Isle of Wight are one of the 15 founding Islands of the IIGA, and hosted the 1993 Island Games. They are set to host the Games again in 2011.
